Drafting & Engineering Manager

Steven Noonan created, manages, and oversees a team of drafters and engineers whom are evolving into an effective and proficient team of professionals capable of creating world class architectural millwork shop drawings. Steven works closely with his team, project managers, fabricators, and installers to ensure that optimal engineering techniques and standards are employed without compromising the aesthetic value, scope of work, and quality. He personally reviews all shop drawing submittals to ensure that every project is consistent with AMC fabrication, installation and publishing standards.

His dedication to achieving the client’s expectations paired with his 35 plus years of experience in the Las Vegas construction industry that began as an finish carpenters apprentice gives him an edge when analyzing projects from shop fabrication & field installation angles all while bringing to life all of the amazing designs AMC is continually challenged by.

Steven is most proud of creating, owning & operating SNMCInc. successfully for over 20 years along with his wife Lorraine in which time they have created a rock solid reputation in the architectural millwork industry performing projects nationwide. He is now proud to be part of the Austin family.

When Steven is not busy with AMC, he enjoys restoration projects, boating, & motorcycling.
