Michael Austin
Founder & President
Mike Austin formed the first of several successful Austin Companies, Austin General Contracting (AGC) in 2005, adding on Austin Millwork & Cabinetry (AMC) and Austin Door & Hardware (ADH) soon after. As President, Mr. Austin is ultimately responsible for successfully creating and maintaining the most respected collection of businesses in the Southwest.
Michael Stella
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Stella joined Austin Companies in 2007. During his tenure, the Finance and Accounting department has grown from two employees to more than thirteen today. As CFO, Mr. Stella is responsible for managing the functional accounting departments (billing/accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources/payroll, general ledger, tax/financial reporting), working with the companies’ lenders to maintain access to working capital and financing, as well as oversight of the companies’ growing technology investment.
John Ewing
Executive Vice President – Austin Millwork & Cabinetry
John Ewing brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a key leader of the Austin Millwork & Cabinetry (AMC) team. Each client’s needs and satisfaction are paramount to John who maximizes the company’s operating performance and goals through strategic planning, customer development, and general operations.
Kyle Tyler
General Manager – Austin Door & Hardware
As the head of Austin Door & Hardware (ADH), Kyle offers more than 20-years of commercial door and hardware experience. His wide-ranging expertise includes projects in healthcare, military, hospitality, government, retail, and public works sectors. Extensive time in the field has enabled him to anticipate conflicts and propose effective solutions, ensuring timely completion of his projects and simultaneously improving the value of the final product. Always eager to improve, Kyle strives for excellence in all aspects of his team’s work, continually learning and refining methods to produce higher levels of service and craftsmanship for ADH’s customers.
